I got a postcard from them.  It sounded like a solicitation for membership in the Venango County Landowners Group.  I may go to see what they have to say.

While all you clowns were yukking it up, spreading lies and insults about your competition, we went to work and got a dynamite deal in Mercer Co......$3850/18.5% no deductions and a very good lease. Now we are working to get a similar deal for Venango and Crawford Counties.


Keep on yukking it up with the insults...makes you all look very foolish.

$3850/18.5% no deductions??  That is what the landowners got?  If you acually got this for landowners, that is wonderful.  If there are any landowners who im Mercer County who signed a lease, and were paid $3850 please come forward and post, tell us about your lease.

Our fee was 6%   All those that were sacred away by the nattering nabobs of negativity on this site were forced to pay 8%.  Maybe those scaremongers should pay the difference for them.
