Sorry to hear that you got caught up in this mess.  I heard that Shell was moving out of

Venango, and those who did get their money, the lease was going to be sold.  To who, I

do not know. 

They are still paying here in Venango Twp, Butler County.  My granddaughter got her money on Wednesday.  Took several day to clear, but money is in hand.

I guess next step would be find out who is leasing in Venango.

Stay in touch, whatever I find out I will pass on to you..

What a bummer......and after all that work!!

OK George, is that down in Florida?

Once my bonus money comes in, I will be going down to the Tampa area, for the next

couple of months

It is now 7.2 degrees here.  That sucks.

I have an old boss (younger than me) that lives in Parrish, Fl.

Also I have an Navy buddy (also my best man at my wedding over 51 years ago)

who lives in The Villages in Florida.  Built a new home,  Wife passed away about

7 months ago, he is lonely, and I could understand why.

The wife and I are invited to come down for as long as we want,

So good to have friends like that in your life.

Today is day 77...getting to 90.

That is when I am heading down, getting together with my buddy, and look for a place

to rent.  Wife could never take the long ride.  She will fly and I will pick her up at the Tampa airport.

 

Got a new vehicle all lined up........

Tomorrow I am closing on some property in Irwin Twp/Barkeyville.   I noticed that you have recently signed a lease with shell for property in the same area.   I have already talke to Jason Hanna, but he is no longer handling that area for Shell.

 

I was wondering if you would share with me some of the information you learned while signing your lease and tell me what addendums you were able to get.   I would really appreciate your help.   Thanks   Mark
