Maybe, some day in the distant future ...
Darn, I was hoping for a 66K pipe,,, Won't make it to Rt 285 and Rt 22 ? RATS,,,,,,,,,
They have been moving equipment in for a couple days now.
Jodi, seems you follow Devon pretty close. Did you know that their Chumney well, near Old Washington,in guernsey co. is now listed as Producing!. I remember reading what the well flow tested at after fracking, but havent heard anything since it's been put into production./ Dont know if it's hooked up to a gathering line, or if they are trucking it out.
This was still flaming as of last night. According to the DNR site our property missed the production unit by about 700 ft. I am getting calls from companies wanting to buy our royalty rights, the price has reached 5,200. per acre. I don't know anything about these wells, but I'm pretty certain these companies trying to buy our royalties know more than I do, We're going to bet with them and not sell. I was told that the filed production units are just their original proposed plan and after they get in there they do what ever they want including going out in all directions like a wagon wheel. Does anyone know when to expect numbers off the well?? and does anyone know how to interpret the numbers. A survey for the pipe line came to see us last wk and he said that the county commissioners well has only marginal numbers. I'm not sure I trust what an employee from PDC had to say, they may just be wanting to keep people in the dark.
Vickie,
The results of the onega commissioners well were posted late last year. 1500 boe average initial daily production. 56% condensate, 23% NGLs and 21% dry gas. I think I did a ballpark estimate on this and it came out to about $85,000-90,000 the first day. I think the Detweiler well comes in close to $125,000 the first day. They may not be "Gulfport Gushers" but the numbers sound pretty good to me.

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
