 I Hauled some stone for the approach on a new pad today. EQT Production is the name of the company. This site is about 3 miles south of Claysville in Gurnesy Co.  Spencer pad # 580004.

I"ve noticed that quite a few pads have been developed long before a permit is obtained.Or maybe the permits are pulled, but ODNR just takes a while to report them?
