Peace Township, Belmont County

We have 93 acres in Peace Township.  12 to 18 months ago, some of our neighbors signed leases, the early ones were for $2,500 per acre and later ones at $5,200.  Has anyone seen any activity in this area or heard of more recent leases.  If so, from which companies or lawyers?

There is no Peace twp in Belmont county.
