Since right of ways exist, they could be used for additional lines to transport local gas to processing?
Depends on the ROW easements. If the easement does not specify number of pipelines or limit the use of the ROW then yes they can add more pipelines in existing ROWs. Sometimes they are restricted to number of pipelines or limited to product carried or limited to gathering, interstate, midstream or other specification.

Nothing in the NF site about the Polk Well. High pressure TV gas line to be the means of tranport for now?
Confusing as to why National Fuel would release results of test well in Forest County, nothing about Venango County well near Polk, PA. Any thoughts?
