Have you tried BP/Alov? You can talk to BP directly, no middle man. We just received a small check for a very small piece of property that was leased to them back in April. They were able to separate it from a larger section that was HBP. They didn't have to pay it, but they did. I bet they would be interested in talking to you if you are in an area they would like to work. BP has been very good to deal with. Hang in there, the energy under your property isn't going to move away. Somebody will want to buy it. 330-787-4985 is BP's number in their brochure to contact. Good luck

Shale Investment Fund maybe should be renamed Suckers Investment Fund! The initials are the same. I hate to see anyone get hoodwinked in this nasty O&G leasing business.
