Looks like for the past few months and the time being they are done leasing, especially in eastern Lawrence County. The reason is supposedly Shell's budget. I'm sure flat gas prices have something to do with it as well. We'll see if things resume sometime this year....

Thanks for your knowledgeable insight on this issue, its very much appreciated.
There is some truth to this, being left behind.
I firmly believe that if we did not sign our lease when we did, that we would not be included in the upcoming pland Seneca has for our area. It may seem slow like a turtle but the test well in SGL 39 and their test horizontal, which I might add is very close to our home is proof enough for me.
