They say contract is Gross royalties but want lessor to pay for transport and other things after gas is out of ground...sounds like NET to me
Plus..Want lessor to pay for permits and documents...NO
Plus, can use land as storage which will extend lease beyond terms!....NO
Tricky..get attorney and read every line!!!
That's why they want to meet quickly with you so you don't have time to go through the contract.
