Interested in leasing Utica in PA

Does anyone know where to get data on current market prices paid for Utica leases by county in PA?   I am particularly interested in Utica rights in Forest, Elk, Clarion, McKean, and Potter counties.  Thank you.

Jon,

More companies are interested in McKean- Potter than you can imagine.  Interest was sparked @ the NAPE meetings  (first one in Houston for all shale plays and 2nd one in Pittsburgh just for  Marcellus/Utica).  Out of that exposure McKean- Potter received pointed interest from 12 companies (recently upped by 2 more).  Our shape files have been requested by over 7, while other firms have met face-to-face with the 4-County "reps' @ CX.  This is not the time to consider selling OGMs or tying yourself up to one party until you compare.  Business must always focus on market offers.  With having the amt. of AC you do, I'm sure you understand .

Wow I would say you have answered you're own question as to the going rate very low with state minimum Royalty rate would be my guess
