The debate about Greenhunter recycling frack water in Warwood, WV continues at the Wheeling, WV city council

Follow, the infrastructure, follow the money, follow the "connections", follow the corporate boards they sit on.  You will know how really "big time" the Marcellus/Utica is.

Gary C, Evans, is a principal in Global Hunter Holdings, the parent of Global Hunter Securities.

Look at the link and see who among several have received funds from Global Hunter:

Gulfport

Rex

PDC

Carrizo

Halcon

Stone Energy (active in Wetzel Co, WV and in some joint ventures with Magnum Hunter)

Gary C. Evans is very good with the money.

Monroe, Noble, Washington Counties Ohio, Magnum Hunter works like a mid level player, but Mr. Evans and his team are very good at what they do.  Mr. Evans obviously believes in the southern part of the play in the Marcellus/Utica.

Go to www magnumhunterresources.com; click on press releases and register to hear Gary Evans present at Baird and Co. Growth Stocks Conference today May 8 in Chicago;  You will need to register, it is well worth it;  I can't  get it to link correctly.

Here are highlights:

   Eureka Hunter has finished pigging operations in WV due to high liquids content and are now again delivering to Mobley.   Within 90 to 120 days plans to SELL Eureka Hunter to a midstream company, have bank already involved for the selling process;  Eureka Hunter will not become an MLP;  all this decided a week ago;

  New rig will save money because it can move on its own without all the necessary trucking permits; rig is planned to stay on Stalder pad for a YEAR and a HALF to drill all of the laterals.  Other oil companies have been coming to look at it;  Magnum may buy another;

bought the Virco acreage for $1,000  per acre;

lots of midstream companies want into the Utica/Marcellus

Evans gives plenty of figures, but I am not going to quote them as I only listened to this once;  there are a few slides

 Happy listening and let's hear some comments

To expand slightly on searcherone's synopsis without going to the mentioned website. An opinion piece by Mark Maher contributor to the Seeking Alpha site

http://seekingalpha.com/article/1421621-more-wild-trading-in-magnum...

He sees MarkWest Energy as being the most logical buyer of Eureka Hunter. He also comments on the change in accountants:"The second takeaway was that Mr. Evans updated the progress on the delayed 10-K filing, and showed a more aggressive stance on the recent change in auditors, making it clear that PricewaterhouseCoopers was fired for not performing their duties up to Magnum Hunter's expectations, and that BDO is doing a remarkable job."

If some of you cannot read the entire Seeking Alpha piece on Magnum Hunter, just register and select at least five companies that you want to know about and they will send you email alerts on them, then you will see the entire article; and yes, you will get alot of emails from Seeking Alpha.  No cost to you.

I think the author of the article, Mark Maher is probably correct that Mark West will buy Eureka Hunter, as Eureka already has lines going to Mobley in Wetzel Co. and Eureka talks about sending the liquids out of Ohio to the Mobley plant in WV.

The continuing story of Green Hunter attempting to begin a facility in Wheeling WV to recycle frack water.

http://www.theintelligencer.net/page/content.detail/id/585462/EPA-t...

Five Federal agencies involved in discussions about transporting frack water by barge on Ohio River.  Green Hunter feels they have the pipeline ROW to load onto barges without Wheeling City Council giving approval.

Gary Evans spoke today at the 2013 Global Utilities and Energy Conference

MH company is now 65 to 75 per cent vested in land in Ohio.

Have 100 mil in cash since selling Eagleford; plan to sell about 8 other small asset holdings and MH could be debt free by end of year.

Eureka Hunter to be sold in 90 to 120 days; bank hired for that prpose is Citi;  MH owns 60% of Eureka other 40 owned by ARC Light capital investor; three pipes for Eureka pipeline--dry, wet gas, liquids;

MH has 86,000 acres in Marcellus and 80,000 in Utica which hope to expand in next six months to 100,000 to 120,000.  Most acreage is obtained fairly cheaply, but he recently approved of getting some for 5500 per acre;

Farley well is drilled vertically to 8,164 ft; it is cored and logged;  drilling laterals  to 7,000;  Price pad still on map; also building a Woodchopper pad--no indication as to where it is;  pads cost between 1.5 mil to 5 mil to build.

FOLLOWING is NEW info from Evans:

Thinks will see lots more forced pooling in Ohio.

DUAL:  Marcellus moves into Ohio and yes, Evans said the Utica moves into WV;  there are 100's of locations that are dual according to him. meaning drilling in two shales.

Feels he could not build production in Eagleford, but will be able to build production in Marcellus/Utica;  in one year to two years when the results come out it will be so much better than the Eagleford.

And Evans' last comment: the South part of Utica better than the North area;
