Offers to sell mineral rights (oil/gas)

Has anyone had offers to sell their mineral rights?  If not, where can I find the official information as to who may have already done so?  Thank you in advance.

Mr. Williams,

I have evaluated offers and provided guidance to make decisions regarding OGM sales and acquisitions.

Recent transactions have been filed in the Recorder of Deeds Office and are available via Landex.

National Association of Royalty Owners (NARO) is a good place to find basic information.
