Renewing a Lease

I just recently had my gas lease ( for 12 1/2 acres) expire after 5 years on July 21st 2013. I did not get any correspondence from the current leasing company expressing their interest  to renew.  Our property is located in Fawn Township , Allegheny County, about two miles from the Butler county border. . I am interested in getting a list of companies that might be interested in obtaining a leasing opportunity of our property. Can anyone give me direction , or give me a list of companies to contact . thank you in advance

Douglas,  Be sure and read over your lease before signing another.  You may be required to send the company a certified letter requesting they release your lease.  If the company has not filed a release and you lease with a new company it will show up as leased when they do the title work.  Good luck.
