Call Dale Arnold at the Ohio Farm Bureau.   He has given public seminars on leasing and passed out the names of reputable O/G attorneys in Ohio.

Followed Hiker's tip, this is a list I found from Ohio Farm Bureau dated Jan 2011 as well as  listing Mr Arnold's email address (so far haven't found anything more current on OFB web site):
