I would think you could find decent hunting land around $2,000 to $2,500 acre..........maybe cheaper for reclaimed.

Bruner Land is also in that business.

How much for the surface? Is it 60 and 40 acres (100 total) or 60 acres but you only have min. rights on 40 of the 60?

Sell the minerals to whoever has made the "very substantial offer".

60 total, 40 have minerals. will not sell seperate unless an offer was made on surface i could not pass up

You have an offer on the minerals, correct?

If you're truly interested in selling, name your price on the surface.

Is it bottom ground or hilly? Timber or brushy or open? Any water (streams, ponds)?

I saw this in the window of the local real estate office. This is only a few miles from me. Great deer hunting area.
