Proposed Kinder-Morgan pipeline project in Mercer

Here is an article from November 11, 2013 talking about the proposed conversion of the Kinder-Morgan gas pipeline into a NGL's pipeline.   It would be a joint venture with MarkWest, and it specifically mentions the line starting in Mercer and running to LA:

What about the spur that splits off and heads s.e. to pgh.? This portion passes thru my land.
