Can you clarify what the "50 and 40" were for?

Hi  Kathy, 50.00 per ft.  for the first line then 40.00 per ft for each additional line. In my case up to 4 additional lines.... Lance

The Old Washington city council had a meeting with a rep. from American energy Utica about a well site . they were worried about the 4ft. culvert behind the General store. I think they may mean the feed mill, but if you know anyone on that council, maybe they can spill the beans?
