Eclipse Resources

Well Eclipse pulled a shallow rig onto my neighbors property today 4 days before old lease expired and started drilling a bogus well to hold production. Very sad the way they can screw over the land owner

Is the well drilled already? We can't count the chickens before the egg fully hatches you never know what kind of scare tactics an oil company will use.

From what I"ve read about Eclispe, I don't think very highly of them. They are getting a bad reputation round here,gonna be hard for them to ever sign anymore leases so they feel like they can go ahead and shaft people involved in the leasehold that they have acquired already.

they sound more like flippers than drillers to me. Seems like they are holding their leases with shallow wells so they can flip them to someone else.
