Stone Energy called on me again over the weekend (Dominic I believe took over for Jeff Roberts). He introduced himself, tried to get information on my neighbors and offered $200/acre. I explained the larger land group that our small group is looking at already turned his company down for $1500/acre. He quickly said they would consider an offer of $1500/acre for me. Pretty quick to go from $200 to $1500 in less than 5 minutes...

This is getting interesting.

ARS is advance royalty solutions they offer two services a lease consulting agreement, or will buy mineral rights.
