Limitations on pad proximity to building?

I'm pretty sure Odnr limits pads to at least 500 feet from a dwelling, but my question in this respect is..does an unoccupied building also count (such a a pole barn) and is there a size limit or restriction?  For instance, would a small outbuilding in the approximate 14 x 20 feet size qualify?  Also, how close will they drill (put in a pad) next to one of those power transmission lines of Ohio Power?  (the ones with the large steel towers?)

The spacing limitation is for occupied buildings

People's lessees can be more specific to include outbuilding, and more distance.
