Anyone have any dealings with H&M Land and Mineral out of Pittsburgh, PA.  We have a signed Purchase Agreement for our mineral rights which was to have been paid on the 15th of March.  After talking to the Vice President, Bill Humprhies who signed the contract, the date for payment was pushed back another month, and now Mr. Humpries does not answer or return calls made to him.
