From your keyboard to God's eyes!  I have land under contract to CHK in Cross Creek TWSP, Jefferson County.  I am more than ready for them to do something with it.

Its out near the Jefferson County Industrial Park on County Road 43 on the Schiappa property.

I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but the OOGA's permit list for March 2014 shows CHK acquiring a permit for property in Knoxville-Island Creek TWP, owned by Schiappa trust.
