You might be able to determine whose well it is by looking in DEP eFacts for the permit:

(Select Tioga County and the Municipality. )

If drilling has started, there should be a SPUD report:
http://www.dep.state.pa.us/dep/deputate/minres/OILGAS/RIG10.htm

If Talisman doesn't contact/pay you by the due date, check your lease. Sometimes a lease has a requirement that you notify them if you haven't been paid,

Does the lease say 90 business days or 90 calender days also check landex to see if they are on your lease?

That site wants money to serve me. I registered and then they replied that to join it will cost me.

I contacted Elexco Land Services who did my lease for Talisman and was told that Talisman is paying us directly. A month ago they said we'd have our check by the 21st..This was Elexco at that time.

So you have two days left is that correct? I was payed on last day,in your case thats sunday if i'm correct so you would be payed saturday or monday?

I believe that is a Seneca Resources well being drilled. They have quite a few wells throughout the Covington area.

The well is Sparrowhawk 1H....Novus Operating LLC
