Does anyone know what is going on in Buffalo township with Range Resources?

 I own mineral rights on property in Buffalo township and I would like to know what is going on up there with Range Resources?

I know Temp waterline is in works for McDonough pad on Boone Rd.

I think the Breese wells are in production on Timberlake Rd.

Gillett near Welling Compressor station is somewhere close to drilling. I think a second pad is in the works too.

 2 pads south of Sunset Beach are in. (Brownlee and Smith)

Hanes off of Pleasant Valley Rd  has been in production for a year.

I think permits for 2 other pads have been submitted.

Oh and McGuffey School District signed a lease.

I'm probably forgetting something.

I did forget that Foster pad in production since 2009 and additional wells drilled in '10. I think another pad is going up there too. Different Foster I think. That's just west of North Buffalo Church.

Thanks Tim, I live out of state and can't find out any information!!! Do you happen to know what some of their royalties are? Mine is own on Reese rd. I know there is some around us, but I'm not sure what's going on up there and would appreciate any information you can shed on this matter!

Too many variables. Your royalty %, size of Unit, number of wells in the unit and Pipeline capacity (takeaway) for your well(s) are the biggest. Oh the biggest one is price of gas, NGL's and condensate. When gas moved from $3.50 to $5.50 Royalties almost doubled.

Do you know if there is any activity in the area of Reese road? That is where our lease is? We have had several offers to buy our mineral rights, but not sure if we want to sell them! What do you think?

 How much percentage rate  on your mineral rights if you don't mind answering? We have been approached by several companies to buy our rights! I haven't decided whether or not to sell so you just answered my question thanks!!! I'm going to hold on to my mineral rights. its just so hard when you live out of state to know what is going on in your area so I appreciate all the information you are giving me!!! thanks so much please keep me informed of what is going on up there.

Tim, This is Marianne again I'm just curious wnen did they start the foster unit? Our lease is kind of up at the top of Reese rd. I saw some units there on the Marcellus Map Is it up to date ?

Marianne,

 1st well drilled on Foster in 2008 and 2 more drilled in 2010. I just looked at those well plats again for exact dates. I thought 1st was in '09 but it was in '08. That Unit goes to west side of Reese property. Looks like ~10 acres of Reese is in that unit and follows Foster (now Stankas)-Kelly property line. Than follows Stewart-Stankas line.
