Yes offers to lease minerals -offers to purchase mineral rights,offers to buy leases in force,offers to buy land........all different animals

 

I would like to know the highest offer to LEASE minerals

I still think the $15,000 number is the highest out there.  That was in Harrison County.

agree with Dexter......the MWCD Piedmont lease deal was touted as a "state record" at $15k and 20%.

Tappan should be next, but I doubt it will bring as much.

hg energy flipped there leased land for over 20,000k an acre to american energy partners in monroe county so that should be a state record,,,with roylties held by prevoious owners id imagine

That's a little different. those leases were already signed,sealed. All the legwork was done,the landowner meetings,the legal work,the hours&hours in the recorders office done,the title/deed work. The map work. They probably like buying leases with all that done.Probably  worth a lot to them.
