as far as hilcorp backing out of the hearing .....they will just throw away the bad apple in the barrell and keep right on drilling there other wells and cut there loses nomatter who gets hurt ........9 chances out a ten they will work it so they drill around the bad apple but still include the other acreage in a different unit or units
