Speculation ?

Thinking myself that in Ohio the 'play' as it's termed is past the speculation phase but definitely stuck in 'slow mo' !

Politics / Gas and Oil power brokers maneuvering / posturing seems without end.

Time to accelerate the works - from acquisitions thru infrastructure and on to more / accelerated development if you ask me - enough pussyfooting around already.

Good luck to all of us - I think we need it.

Most reality here on GMS is exactly as yours.  Some have been lucky when development occurred on their land.  A few of us because we have been in the land management business before we even heard of "shale" have the advantage of being in an offensive position, thus I write on GMS.  If you wish to accelerate your reality, as with us you may have to go on the offensive.
