ELECT COMO , ALLOWS HORIZONTAL DRILLING IN THE WESTERN COUNTIES OF NEW YORK AND PUT LIMITATIONS IN THE EASTERN PART OF THE SHALE WHERE THE WATER SHED ISSUE IS BREWING AS A FORM OF BALANCE IS THAT LEGAL ? TO DEPPRIVE LANDOWNERS EQUAL CHANCE IN USING THEIR PROPERTY

I thought you were talking about Perry Como, not Governor Cuomo. Answer: Yeah, he can do that unless someone with a lot of money sues then maybe he can't.

HELLO EVERYONE , HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY,i wrote the above comment [can cuomo do that ] 6 months ago . i m amazed that it happened , protect water sources and allow horizontal drilling, it should have been done 4 years ago
