coyco - any update on your talks with AEP?

We just had a meeting with AEP two days ago to discuss a Letter Agreement. They have completed their assessment of the proposed site and are ready to pursue signing an agreement. My impression is that they seem to be interested in drilling this site very soon.

Are you HBP by red hill?  did they give you any protection not covered by the old lease?

We are held by production. Tipka has the old well.

      Do an internet search for Alan Wenger, of Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell. They have an office in Youngstown and I believe in Salem. HH&M would be close to you if  you live in PA.

Alan was the lawyer for the Associated Land Owners Of The Ohio Valley (ALOV) which produced one of the best lease contracts in the country.

coyco - just wondering if you have any updates..........AEP is drilling just up the road at Triplett..........wondering if maybe they will want to move that rig to you when they finish there.

We had another meeting last week to agree on moving the access road. From what AEP told us, they will probably start building the well pad later this winter. Hard to say when drilling would start.

Coyco,,Hi, I may be just north of you in monroe twn., Harrison cty. and am also held by production (AEP also has my lease) Which if any lawyer did you consult with and were you satisfied?  Thanks
