Is anyone in the group knowledgeable about current events, particularly near Overbrook Road?  What type of unitization is in process for what well?

I agree all good points Denise.

I would like to go to the Middlesex meeting tomorrow but I do am on the line between Middlesex and Adams.

I'm really interested now how this will play out.

Where was this posted on Facebook? I don't see it on the butler eagle's facebook page.

Yeah I'm not a member of that FB page either, I have seen it but I probably wont get approved to be in the group because of my employer information on my FB account.

What I have seen online with the name call is crazy and really mature of grown adults.

I don't like it either that they put the "kids" in the articles and meetings etc.

I also don't like that its okay for them to express their opinions all over the web media but one someone that doesn't share the same opinion and they speak up about their opinion they get all upset.

There is always two sides of everything.

..." slickly presented lies (and libelous screeds ..."

Sounds to me like she is describing her own rant.

CCF   I was referring to" Amy Nassif and 22 others like this. and " a protestor of the Geyer Well pad:   "

I hope you don't think I was referring to your comments.

don't forget about Purvis fuel tanks at the bottom of the hill from the school

You are right that there are two sides to every story. I have to admit that I find it difficult to refute the facts that the other side continues to share with the community regarding the industry. It seems like they are trying to be transparent when the industry is not always even to their own leaseholders.

"I have decided to delete some of my comments because some of these protesters can be ruthless."    CCF

It disturbs me greatly when people in the United States of America can be intimidated enough to fear speaking their minds on any subject. Something ain't right here.

Thanks for sharing Catrina. One moves to the country to get away from this stuff. I don't think 4 people from s pseudo cranberry housing plan should be able to take away out property rights. Owned this land for 30 years. I hope I csn attend next one. Im 3 hours away. Anyone here attend?

Hi Cat. I too see good people on both sides of this issue and am sorry to see divisiveness within the community. At the Tuesday zoning-127 challenge hearing, I believe the Rex representative, Kevin Colosimo, mentioned that they expected the drilling and fracking activities at the Geyer site to take about 3 months. One of the challengers' witnesses, professor Thomas Daniels, seemed to accept this estimate, but countered that even after this initial drilling, gas companies occasionally come back to "re-frack" later, so there is no guaranteed end to the drilling process.

If this group gets their agenda passed the way they want this will set precedent and will have major effects on the development of land in this state.

Thanks for sharing. Ill comment later
