In light of the recent downturn in gas and oil prices,I see a drastic uptick in negativity and doomsday talk.
Out of curiosity,I think it would be interesting to know just how much of a stake each of us really has in this play.

Interesting that gas production has increased instead of declined. Thanks Tim.

Trapper, Why would this happen ?   I have never heard of it increasing ?  This is great news !   Thanks, Nancy   ps. also, Thank you Tim.

Idk Nancy. Makes one realize how little we truly know about this biz.

The first well that was drilled on the Swisher pad, Stevens Twsp, Bradford County started around 5.5 mmcf/day and slowly went up over the course of the year to 9.9 mmcf/day. That's why I don't understand some of the decline curves people are coming up with.  When they drilled the second and third well and came on line all three wells are running similar numbers so far, 4-5 mmcf/day.

They were probably playing with the choke

Properties in PA, Butler County, Forward, Penn and Jefferson Townships all leased to XTO or Rex.  Royalties from XTO Marburger B unit in Forward Township.
