The first well that was drilled on the Swisher pad, Stevens Twsp, Bradford County started around 5.5 mmcf/day and slowly went up over the course of the year to 9.9 mmcf/day. That's why I don't understand some of the decline curves people are coming up with. When they drilled the second and third well and came on line all three wells are running similar numbers so far, 4-5 mmcf/day.
They were probably playing with the choke
Properties in PA, Butler County, Forward, Penn and Jefferson Townships all leased to XTO or Rex. Royalties from XTO Marburger B unit in Forward Township.
