This group is for anyone that wants to be informed about the ET Rover Pipeline Project.  It serves as a means to share information regarding but not limited to ROW, Damages, Pricing, and Negotiation so that we can benefit as a group.  I plan on uploading the easement agreement and other information received from our landowners meeting in Tyler co. Wv.

Search under local groups on this site to join.  Phil I added  the maps you linked to the local group forum.

This link will take you to the most recent maps as of 11/5/14 for the Rover;   they are marked FERC Draft, meaning this is the draft being prepared for the FERC filing.    The link to the maps is in the very bottom right hand corner.

The info in this link shows the process of the FERC filings;  what they refer to as scoping meetings have already been held.   Personally I didn't see much publicity on these and seems meetings could have been held closer to Noble and Monroe counties in Ohio  as well as a meeting more central to Doddridge and Tyler County.   Just my opinion, but FERC is the tax dollars at work.

I have a question. Would I have been notified already if this line was going to cross my land? I have to say that in the beginning I was for this project until they demanded the eminintent domain rights, now I oppose it.It would appear that the Sherwood lateral passes close to both my farm and the family farms in Monroe County Oh.

Jerry I would say that you would have been notified, but things could change on the route to put your property in the path.
