This group is for anyone that wants to be informed about the ET Rover Pipeline Project. It serves as a means to share information regarding but not limited to ROW, Damages, Pricing, and Negotiation so that we can benefit as a group. I plan on uploading the easement agreement and other information received from our landowners meeting in Tyler co. Wv.

Personally I didn't see much publicity on these and seems meetings could have been held closer to Noble and Monroe counties in Ohio as well as a meeting more central to Doddridge and Tyler County. Just my opinion, but FERC is the tax dollars at work.

I have to say that in the beginning I was for this project until they demanded the eminintent domain rights,now I oppose it.It would appear that the Sherwood lateral passes close to both my farm and the family farms in Monroe County Oh.
