Has anyone heard anything about when the Ohio Supreme Court will rule on Dormant Minerals.
Sure are dragging their feet.

Permalink Reply by deutchen on April 17, 2015 at 5:01am Corban v Chesapeake is scheduled for oral arguments May 6. That is the case that will determine which version of the Dormant Minerals Act will be used, the 1987 or 2006 version. Read about it here.:
