There is no answer for this because there are a ton of variables.  If you can be more specific I think you'll get an answer.

Depends on your lawyer plus what Dexter said.

Sunoco just paid  my neighbors $81.75 a foot. I don't what know kind of language.  I know the attorneys promised them big money and most were disappointed..

To be fair I think Sunoco's opening offer was below $15, so more than 4x isn't too terrible.

Can anyone recommend a good lawyer for this?

Larry Piergalini would be my recommendation. I can tell you 2 law firms not to go to.

Thanks! What firms should I stay away from? I'd imagine any of the big law firms are very expensive.

If you use Larry Piergalini you deserve exactly what you're going to get.  You've been warned.

Thanks! What state was that Corvette?

Jefferson County Ohio. The attorneys took 25% kept telling the landowners they thought Sunoco would pick up the attorney fees.  2  pipelines at $162.50 a foot so after attorney fees the landowners got $60.91 a foot per line. Not much. This was the case that was suppose to go to Jefferson county common pleas court next week.

Jefferson county Ohio.

Getting $20 - $25 per lin ft for water and gathering lines from well site to transmission point. I think the transmission lines pay higher ROW, though.
