Thanks! What firms should I stay away from? I'd imagine any of the big law firms are very expensive.

The attorneys took 25% kept telling the landowners they thought Sunoco would pick up the attorney fees. 2 pipelines at $162.50 a foot so after attorney fees the landowners got $60.91 a foot per line. Not much. This was the case that was suppose to go to Jefferson county common pleas court next week.
Permalink Reply by Lori Huber on July 27, 2015 at 5:48am Getting $20 - $25 per lin ft for water and gathering lines from well site to transmission point. I think the transmission lines pay higher ROW, though.
