Its been quiet around this area. I havent heard a thing. I guess no news is good news?

It looks like there were a couple shallow wells permitted over the last couple years but I'm not seeing any Utica wells except for those Miley wells in western Seneca/eastern Buffalo.

Jenifer garrison had a meeting a few weeks ago for land owners group and some of them were in buffalo twp and long story short they want to do a year to year lease instead of a 5 yr term. and they are saying that they really are not interested in buffalo twp i find that hard to believe since the Miley well was a gusher. my thoughts is they do not want to not have to pay big bonus check to all the people for the 5 yr lease and drill in a year or two hopefully somebody may have more info than i do
