Temp. work spaces....what are they worth?

Can anyone elaborate on temp. work spaces and what they're worth to the landowner during pipeline construction. Has anyone gotten $10,000 or more per 'space'. If for example, they needed 6 work spaces, that would be $60,000 besides what is paid for the pipeline and access.

how big of a work space do they want ? they wanted to give us 500.00 per 25X100 foot space we said no but it would have been a seperate agreement that would have expired a couple of years after signing but would only activate when construction of the pipeline started with no overlap or continuation  (if a new pipeline that  would start within the original agreement and go into a new block of time we would get paid again ) good luck to you but from what I remember from your posts you got them by the short hairs so your offer will certainly be better LOL  keep us posted  I'm curious as to how you make out
