Hilcorp seems to easily swim against the current of negativity about the viability of the Northern Utica. They have wells in Mahoning County, Beaver County, and Mercer County. You can hit a few Mercer County wells from the Trumbull County line with a rock. There is no doubt that the further south you go, the better the fishing. But proven success in the Northern tier, should not, and can not be ignored either. They seem to be prospecting, producing, and succeeding in the Northern Utica.

Any maps on Three Rivers anyone can share here ?
Or maybe just maybe your seeing the tip of the shell cracker plant feed lines.
Thinking something's got to feed those 'tips of feed lines' (if that's what they are).

Any maps you can share there Bob ? ?

That would make good sense Bob (Watch it though, it's a little forward thinking and positive for some tastes. It flies in the face of the doom and gloom scenario.)

Joeseph, I don't know of any Trumbull Three Rivers maps, but I looked up the pipeline agreements recorded in the Recorder's office. The future line starts in Gustavus on the Trumbull/Ashtabula county line. It goes pretty directly south to Fowler. Then it runs on a diagonal line to Hubbard and the PA state line. Most of the signings were 5 year agreements. Maybe the people who did all of that research and legwork were just looking for the best way to waste money those days. On the other hand, maybe they were making plans for future development.

Any mention of size of the future line(s) Sage ? ?

I think that the agreements were open ended. The few people that I spoke with that were involved mentioned from 12" to 16", but were told that it was yet to be determined. Again though, there was nothing official. You know how hearsay works. The only things solid were location, and signed/recorded pipeline lease agreements that follow a path from the Ashtabula county line to the Pa line in the SE corner of Trumbull County. As a disclaimer, it may have been set up with BP's now scuttled plans in mind. Once the BP leases expire, there are a few good companies that can filter in to replace them.  I have one in mind that I would love to see step in. They are working just across the county line in PA. The pipeline leases would not take much to renew. It's probably going to be a while, maybe a long while, but time keeps moving into the future.

A 12" - 16" pipe can carry alot of Natural Gas and especially so at elevated pressure.

Any idea at what pressure that line would be tasked with ?

Saw a map once showing a line originating in the southeast corner of Ashtabula County and heading southeast into Trumbull and onward into PA.

It originates from the 'Eastern Natural Gas Company' zone as I read it now.

Attached find map I saw earlier.

Having a little difficulty with the link.

The map is titled :

"National Fuel Infrastructure Expansions"

The green lines I read as the EXISTING National Fuel piping systems.

I read this map as showing new work in PA only.

A new compressor station in Mercer PA and a new pipe in Tioga Cointy PA.

Have found no map as yet indicating new pipe in Trumbull County OH (but it would be great to see).

However, I do deduce that the NEW Compressor Station in Mercer PA would be receiving Natural Gas from Trumbull and Ashtabula County OH in the future.

That's as far as and all I got right now.

National Fuel Gas ( Seneca ) does not operate in Ohio

I'd guess then that whoever does (maybe Columbia or Dominion or East Ohio) sells / connects to National's pipe ? ?

Gas from Ohio will not go into NFG pipeline we are talking about.
