ODNR just approved a disposal facility that will be inside the city limits. It looks like the local powers that be,who opposed this facility, don't have much clout, when it comes to the oil&gas biz.

Hopefully the EPA will have something to say about this if poses a hazard to Ohio Citizens.

The EPA gives oversight to the ODNR, of these types of injection wells.
The EPA will have little to say as long as it'e rules and regs are followed.
That will occur since the rules and regs of the ODNR are more stringent than those of the EPA
