It has been rumored for a while that Chesapeake was selling some of their assets.

Just guessing that oil shale is America's and CHK's future. Unbelievable what they estimate to be in these oil shale reserves.

This problem with Libya will have a great impact with all of us I would think. The price of gasoline will sky rocket. Do you suppose that the marcellus gas drilling will will be sparked to increased activity here? I was thinking maybe more oil and gasoline fueled cars and trucks will be converted faster to compressed gas. Several of the oil producing countries are having a ruckus with their leaders the last few months.  Will this ruckus be a plus in the long run for developing marcellus in our area during the next few weeks?
