CLIMATE CHANGE AND THE ECONOMIC BENEFIT OF NATURAL GAS NOT MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE!!

The attached article demonstrates the beneficial use of natural gas and the affect of climate change work together globally to enhance standard of living.

The current political climate to bring jobs back from overseas to this country will be more practical if low cost energy, such as natural gas, could be developed as an independent source available in this country to off-set the higher labor cost.  Energy cost are a major part of producing products and a scaled-up development of natural gas could ignite an industrial revolution not seen in this country for decades.

george,

Although I agree, in general, with your premise, the major factor for moving factories and jobs overseas is the over regulation of business and industry in this country. Only regime change in Washington will bring on the needed regulatory reform.

That is not to say that I disagree with you. Certainly lower energy costs will help businesses make the decision to return or relocate here in the U.S.

Another factor is that natural gas (ethane) is a feed stock for many industries and inexpensive natural gas makes it more enticing to be located in the U.S.
