If so where is its location?

It's Augusta township in Carroll County, off of Route 9 on Lustre Road.  It's roughly halfway between New Kensington (in Columbiana County) and Carrollton.  It's worth taking a look at.

Took a drive into the beautiful country side of Carroll County, the WELL was impressive, do hope our mineral rights in Rose Twp. gets a lease and developed into a working well....thank you for the location information.
