They have lots of pads ready to drill in Guernsey co. Maybe they also have plenty of D.U. C. wells also. Drilled ,but uncompleted.  They r waiting ,like most drillers, for the price of Oil to go over $60. and stay there.  Good luck.

What two pads does Ascent have ready to drill in Londonderry Twp.?  Where are they located in the  Township?  Thanks!!

There is a drill pad on our land... Previously my moms land. Abe troyer off of pennyroyal rd, Londonderry. The land is part of three separate units. Ascent tried to get us to resign for $500 then $1000 per acre 1 year renewal.. With some amendments on Pugh clause and definition of operations. We have not. The 30 day limit is coming up soon.

Total of 19 wells in this area over 100,000 barrels of oil each in 2015 some of them done it in less then 6 months time ....go to uticashalemaps.com and go to production and work the interactive map and you will see them and the ones near SCIO too and the big gas producers near the river.... these companies are trying to BUFFALO  mineral owners ......If you have a good lease stand your ground .....if they don't renew it won't be long and somebody will lease you....and I would ask for more bonus and more royalty %

you are about to get an education Lance.  Maybe you will finally find what you are up against. The oil and gas corps are not your friend.
