What's going on in your area?? any info???

Just curious...

     I am in Liberty township and a few months ago got an offer to buy my royalties for 1500 to 1800 per acre, but they would do a more in-depth look if I was serious which "mite change the numbers" slightly....even tho I am not drilled or receiving any royalties ..talked to a landsman rite b4 I contacted them and he advised caution as there will be "significant" activity in my area in the "near future"....how about it, anybody else get an offer or hear anything or see any activity here in Tioga Co. ?

That’s almost absurd. I’m having trouble believing that a tanker ship under us security and trade sanctions is in the Boston Harbor violating those trade sanctions. It just doesn’t make any sense. Not doubting you but, something doesn’t smell right here.

With pipeline capacity into Boston very limited, a serious cold spell could cause supplies to run out once that area's peak-shaving facilities have been tapped. I used to work for the LNG importer there in Boston, and know that we were within 24 hours of losing the city during a long cold spell around 1978. If Russian LNG was the only thing that would have prevented people from dying, I'd have no problem doing that regardless of any sanctions. Luckily the cold spell broke and it didn't need to happen.

I wonder if the 14 producing Marcellus wells and the 2 Utica/point pleasant wells that Pin Oak energy purchased from Seneca are the state game lands wells in Middlebury Seneca drilled?

Paleface, those are not the wells that were acquired by Pin Oak.  Seneca still holds their assets in Tioga.  All Pin Oak acquired assets were out west in Elk, McKean, Forest, and Mercer Counties.  

Josie, this deal was announced in October of last year.

We recently received the paperwork releasing our lease in Charleston Twp., with Shell. Part of our land is still shut-in, but they released this officially. [sad face]

The FBI should be investigating the anti frackers and anti pipeline protest groups to see if they are Russia backed like the anti Trump protester groups were during the election.
