Just curious...
I am in Liberty township and a few months ago got an offer to buy my royalties for 1500 to 1800 per acre, but they would do a more in-depth look if I was serious which "mite change the numbers" slightly....even tho I am not drilled or receiving any royalties ..talked to a landsman rite b4 I contacted them and he advised caution as there will be "significant" activity in my area in the "near future"....how about it, anybody else get an offer or hear anything or see any activity here in Tioga Co. ?

That’s almost absurd. I’m having trouble believing that a tanker ship under us security and trade sanctions is in the Boston Harbor violating those trade sanctions. It just doesn’t make any sense. Not doubting you but, something doesn’t smell right here.
With pipeline capacity into Boston very limited, a serious cold spell could cause supplies to run out once that area's peak-shaving facilities have been tapped. I used to work for the LNG importer there in Boston, and know that we were within 24 hours of losing the city during a long cold spell around 1978. Josie, this deal was announced in October of last year.

But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
