That's about as good as anyone has gotten in the Utica/Marcellus area. I heard that's what so&so got in Jefferson Co. ohio.  They posted that on here.recently. Hopefully its also O deductions and at least 20% on royalties from point of sale, not at wellhead.

What area? who made the offer?  bo he said sell not lease no % After sale right? I have an offer to sell for $3,000 per acre in bethel twp. Monroe Co. Ohio.

I had an offer for $10,000.00 per acre. from Strategic Land Partners in Jefferson Co. Steubenville Township, But my lease states renewal this year at $ 7,800 per acre for lease. Kind of a no brainer.

Hopefully they renew, just read an article where all natural gas prices have dropped due to the market being saturated so many companies may start to pull out seen it occur in many states, including Wetzel County and Belmont where Stat Oil  and Gulfport just allowed there leases to entire and did not do the opt to renew.

I HAVE ALSO HAD AN OFFER TO BUY MY ROYALTIES FROM "SLP".. WHEN I TOLD THE WOMEN MAKING THE OFFER ABOUT HER COMPANY MAKING YOU AN OFFER OF 10K PER ACRE, SHE SO MUCH AS SAID YOU WERE LYING; THAT NO ONE FROM HER COMPANY WOULD OFFER YOU THAT KIND OF MONEY TO BUY OIL & GAS ROYALTIES IN JEFFERSON COUNTY..

"SLP" IS PRESENTLY OFFERING ME 5K PER ACRE TO BUY MY ROYALTIES IN ATHENS TWP HARRISON COUNTY.. I TOLD HER I WOULD CONSIDER SELLING THEM MY ROYALTIES FOR 10K PLUS, PER ACRE.. I HAVE 144 + ACRES..

I WANT TO "VET" HER COMPANY AND THIS WOMAN WILL NOT GIVE ME THE ADDRESS FOR "SLP" OR THE NAME OF THEIR BANK.. THEY HAVE A WEB SITE BUT THIS INFO IS NOT ON IT..   http://www.strategiclandpartner.com/

My property in green twsp, on the county line between wetzel and tyler county just had its 2nd term expired. We signed out 80 acres with antero, 5k per acre, 18% and no deductions. 5 year. Were in the 1250 btu range in marcellus. Does being in the wet gas regions for marcellus and Devonian make a difference in demand?

That 3k to buy in monroe seems crazy low. These crackers are going to need wet gas.

were are you located and how many acres and name of company that approached a lot of company have started up and intend to flip the purchase prior to your payment coming do, Id love to see what I can do to help you if you are looking to sell

Sharon

Nope, Thanks Sharon but I'm not looking to sale. I hope they don't renew, I would like to strengthen my lease . Neighboring properties are getting more money and still 20%. The people getting more money don't say much on here. I've been flipped so much I feel like a hamburger. Being flipped isn't always a bad thing.

Where is the property located acreage and what are you looking to get per leased acre?

I agree with David Lily. If some company is wanting to buy your minerals; it's a good chance that it'll eventually get drilled.

I had a call about a month ago.  Said upfront wasn’t interested in selling but we still talked about 20 minutes about the state of the industry.  He said that offers were going out as high as $12000 / acre for parcels under lease dependent on if drilling was planned in the next year.  I was curious how he got my cell #. He didn’t know but said if a company wants to buy the rights they figure out how to get the contact info and send it to him to call.  My guess is a lot of planned drilling is for new units off of existing pads and or areas near gathering lines.  The companies still have to sell gas to pay the loans and keep their employee base.  Drill where it costs the least. A small piece of pie is better than no pie.
