any news on Springhill TWP pa

Any one have any news about Springhill TWP PA. I see lots of permits but can't find any info. Michael McNicholas wells have 10 permitted wells that's all I can find about it. Any one have any news I am a land owner in that unit Thanks

EQT is starting to lease Jackson Twp. Lowball offers. Must get an attorney to negotiate a fair lease. Also dont accept post production cuts. Why pay for any refining and transportation when you are only getting the wellhead price?
