Is there any way of knowing how good the wells they are drilling in this area are, or won't we know till they go online?
It looks like they drilled 3 wells on the Frymire pad recently, but it doens't look like they Fracked them. Any idea on when they will start the Fracking?
Have they declared the units for any of these wells? How can I get a copy of the unit declaration?
How long will it take for these wells to get connected to a pipeline? I see they have requested permits in the area for the pipeline. Will this pipeline follow the existing pipeline that runs through the area? The permit said it was for gas/water/electric pipelines. Why the Water and electric. How long does it take them to lay the pipeline?
Thanks for any info!

Sometimes they drill and cap the well so that they complete the lease obligations in their contract with the landowner; e.g. do not want to lose the lease. Then, they wait until the pipeline is in, then frac. This saves their cash.
If they drill one and frac, then cap, they are looking to see how good the well will be. If they drilled three with no fraccing, then they probably have a good idea that the wells will be good ones. Now spend no more money until the pipeline is available. Right now, the entire thinking is about preserving the leases with the least amount of cash until flowing (and cash) is on the horizon.
